An iconic East London pub dating back to the Victorian era, once used as a leather wholesaler in the 1980s. Restored to reveal its original features.

What we did

Uncovered ornate Victorian tiles, introduced a new staircase and outdoor area, and refurbished a basement cocktail bar with exposed brickwork and colorful tiling.

Key Features

  • Meticulous restoration of hidden Victorian craftsmanship
  • Reclaimed wood and copper bar centrepiece

Client Collaboration

Worked with heritage authorities to balance historical authenticity and modern pub needs.

Commendation in the Retail Category of the New London Awards 2014
