In the former HQ of Singer sewing machines, this Grade II–listed Edwardian building near Shoreditch blends industrial heritage with modern pub culture.

What we did

Restored original moldings, floors, and Edwardian tiling; introduced industrial lighting and a bespoke chandelier. Downstairs, an intimate cocktail bar with exposed brick and custom wall art.

Key Features

  • Reglazed historic skylights
  • Polished reclaimed wood and copper bar
  • Corinthian columns and Edwardian façade

Client Collaboration

Preserved the building’s heritage while adding modern pub elements, meeting listing requirements.
