Custom Build

The “sibling” project to Mare Street Market in Hackney, scaling up to 18,000 sq. ft. across two levels—making it Barworks’ largest project yet.

What we did

Next to Meta’s HQ, featuring eight ground-floor retailers plus a café, deli, restaurant, and bar with seating for up to 700 guests. TRAK turned a shell of a new build into a dynamic destination, collaborating with Pure White Lines.

Key Features

  • Scale & Impact: One of the largest retail/hospitality hubs in King’s Cross
  • Integrated Design & Build: Close partnership with the client and Pure White Lines
  • Bespoke Interiors: Marble tops, glass partitions, and a feature staircase with Webber Designs

Client Collaboration

Continues the strong relationship with Barworks, showcasing how trust fosters large-scale, ambitious projects.
