Housed in Bow Wharf within a former glue factory, East London Liquor Company combines on-site distilling with a vibrant bar and restaurant.

What we did

Stripped back the interior to highlight the building’s industrial character, creating indoor/outdoor dining spaces that showcase operational copper stills behind glass.

Key Features

  • Exposed brickwork, reclaimed tables, industrial metal furnishings
  • Patio lit by fairy lights, adding a warm outdoor experience

Client Collaboration

TRAK were instrumental in balancing the needs of a working distillery with modern comfort for workers and customers alike, whilst preserving the unique industrial essence of the site.
