Allpress Espresso, a specialty coffee roaster from New Zealand, outgrew its Shoreditch space and moved into a spacious old joiner’s warehouse in Dalston, which TRAK transformed into a bright, functional roastery and café.

What we did

Converted a derelict joiner’s factory into a spacious roastery and café. Also created a sleek espresso bar in Shoreditch – maximizing open layouts to showcase the roasting process and foster community interaction.

Key Features

  • Polished wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, ample natural light
  • Visible roastery operations (including a custom-built hot air roaster)
  • Outdoor seating area with greenery and communal tables for events

Client Collaboration

We worked closely with Allpress to celebrate their transparent approach to coffee production, integrating workshop and training facilities into the café environment.
