Defining the TRAK Brief

We know the best outcomes start with good conversation. Whether it's your site, a café, or the pub - we’ll meet somewhere that feels right to talk about your vision, timeframe, budget, and any specific ideas or needs.

Measuring Up

Led by Dave and Jamie, our team carries out a thorough site survey, recording every detail. This gives us a master set of drawings and ensures consistency throughout the process.

Idea Exchange

We help you explore and express your vision - sharing images, and creating a collaborative Pinterest board, and bouncing ideas until the direction feels right. No concept is too ambitious; we’ll figure out how to make it work.

Schematic Design

With accurate measurements in hand, we create CAD drawings to propose a layout that supports efficient workflow, elevates customer experience, and meets all health and safety standards. Behind the scenes, we lean on our trusted network of trades and specialists to develop smart, cost-efficient solutions.

Iterating & Refining

We build up the visual language - materials, lighting, signage - layer by layer. Throughout this stage, we meet regularly to review and refine until the design feels like yours.

Quote for the Build

Once you sign off on the design, we provide a detailed, itemised quote. One of our strengths is balancing creativity with cost, so if adjustments are needed, we can refine the scope or materials to suit.

Prefabrication & Sourcing

We begin sourcing materials and prefabricating key elements in our workshop. Our extended TRAK network of skilled tradespeople - built over more than a decade - means we always bring the right people to your project.

Start on Site

Dave and Jamie lead the build team on site, managing timelines, quality, and coordination with trades to keep things running smoothly and aligned with the vision.

Bespoke Installation

Custom elements like upholstery, steelwork, joinery, lighting, or furniture are delivered and installed with precision, giving your space its distinct final character.

Project Completion & Handover

We handle all snagging, final details, and if you'd like, arrange professional photography. Then it’s time to hand over the keys - your space is ready to open.
