Pophams Bakery

We were responsible for the full design, management and build of the new Pophams Bakery branch in London Fields. Pophams was born out of an idea to bring an innovative spin on traditional viennoiserie baking techniques, and the founders wanted the feel of the new branch to reflect the modernity and freshness of their brand’s thinking.
